For more than a decade we have worked inside Nigeria’s creative industries and, more recently, alongside government. The through-line is the same: convene the right people, shape the story, and deliver under pressure.
That combination took us from fashion weeks and broadcast formats to an education summit, a state law, a new public agency and a $50m development grant. Our clients rarely share an advisor, and that is exactly why they come to us.

Oluwadamilola Fatima “Wadami” Amolegbe
Wadami is an entrepreneur, programme producer and editorial director, and a thought leader in fashion, culture and institutional development. She founded W. Amolegbe Consulting to bring the discipline of a production to the work of building institutions.
She led the team behind the inaugural Kwara Education Futures Summit, which produced the Kwara State Education Transformation Agenda (KWETA), and was instrumental in the launch of KwaraLEARN. She championed the Kwara State Education Trust Fund Bill into law and facilitated the $50m World Bank-backed KwaraAGILE grant for adolescent girls.
In 2023 she was appointed Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Education Trust Fund. She speaks on the creative economy and human capital at World Bank forums.
